About SOC Academy
SOC Academy was founded in 2021 as the vision of two lifelong educators: a clinical child psychologist, Hanlie Muliani, and an education practitioner, Liem Andreany, who has been engaged in teaching and training since her school years and later established her own learning center in 2006.
Their collaboration was born from a shared concern for children’s mental well-being and a deep belief that learning should nurture both the mind and the heart. With years of experience guiding thousands of students through study and career counseling, supporting child and adolescent growth, preventing bullying, and promoting psychological health, they built SOC Academy as a place where every child is given the chance to grow into their full potential.
Their guiding principle is simple yet powerful: everyone is good at something.

SOC Academy, as a pioneer in psychology-based education through counseling and coaching, has positioned itself at the forefront of educational innovation by bridging the gap between the academic and non-academic needs of today’s learners. Our curriculum framework provides a strong academic backbone, ensuring that students master essential knowledge, skills, and character values. At the same time, SOC Academy goes further by placing counseling and coaching practices at the core of our approach, prioritizing mental health, emotional well-being, and the nurturing of intrinsic motivation.
